What do I need to run the software? All of the products on this site are designed to run on a windows operating system, unless it is a web based program, in which case it will need to run on a web host that supports PHP (all good web hosts will support this).
How will my purchase be delivered?
Your purchase will be delivered electronically via email to your primary PayPal email address.
When will my purchase be delivered?
Your purchase will be sent via email instantly, as soon as you purchase, if servers are really busy it may take an hour or so, but usually delivery is instant.
Will I require any additional software?
Your products will be delivered in zip (compressed) format.
You will need WinZip to extract the file. Again you will probably have this already on your PC. If not download it free from www.winzip.com.
My download has not arrived?
If
you do not receive your download check your spam/trash folder. It will
probably be there. If not make sure you adjust your spam filter
settings then contact us.
